It's been really tough; a dog is such an integral part of a family's life. Sweet Pea definitely lived a good life, and a long one. Thank you for keeping in touch, and for your kind thoughts.
What a very sad day but isn't it wonderful that we can send off our beloved family pets in such a humane way? I'm sure she had a peaceful, stress-free journey. The pain is transferred to the family left behind. Sweet Pea is chasing the squirrels and the birds somewhere else now. She's so fortunate to have had a long, happy life as part of your loving family.
Oh my gosh I am so sorry. I had no idea. Dogs have always held a special place in my heart and have made my house a home. Their loss leaves such a hole. Sweet Pea looked like a wonderful and loyal friend. Please take care. Archie
