...on biscuits

Craving fulfilled: Homemade marmalade on homemade biscuits this morning.

Using hubby's family recipe, nice warm biscuits baked to crispy on the outside; flaky on the inside. With a chunk of butter melting on the cracked open bread, a nice big spoonful of sweet/tart preserve over top, and a few cups of piping hot orange pekoe tea...just lovely.
